The Greater Solution for GTA IV to fix lag UP to 25 FPS

Hello, Today I'm Posting How to Fix lag in GTA IV
This is the Greater Solution
My GTA IV up to 25 FPS with this Solution

First, If your GTA IV is Lag I Recommend to Install Patch V1.0.4.0 it's Improving FPS than Patch V1.0.7.0
This is the Patch

Then, You have to install this Low FPS Patch, there are many Low FPS Patch, you read the description, and choose

Also install this FPS Improve it's and read Description
and, you have to download this Tweaks  named Contig.exe, And how to use this file
Tutorial  how to use Contig.exe
1.Make this file shortcut in dekstop
2.Right click and click properties
3.in the last Target name give -s but before " press Space
Like this : "Your Hard Drive\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Contig.exe" -s
4.Then Open that file and press Agree, you have wait around 20 minutes, this is increase 8-9 FPS

And, Also install this GTA 4 Downgrader . just open this and wait for finish, it's just take around 5-10 second... and if are finished ,please restart your PC

AND, THE LAST..... Try This greater Commandline.. how to install : Copy this into your gta iv directory

for better performance
1. go to control panel > Change the view by Large icons > find Power Options > and Choose High Performance
2. by disabled any programs if not used, go to run and type msconfig.. click Startup Bar

it's up to 25 fps
